MYNXX is Montana’s hottest new glam rock band starring Halladay Quist, Erica Von Kleist and Sarina Hart. “Girl rock at its best!” They lit up The Myrna Loy in this live performance, and the filmed version will be just as spanky.
Halladay, daughter of Montana musical legend Rob Quist, is returning to her love of rock after making an incredible career as a folk artist opening for artists like Jewel, Collin Raye, and Korb Lund. Setting down the banjo and bass, she is picking up the electric guitar, creating gritty tones with soaring three-part female harmonies.
A graduate of the Juilliard School, Erica’s career has mostly featured her work as a multi-instrumentalist, having performed on Broadway and at jazz clubs and festivals worldwide. Over the past few years she’s made her mark as a pianist and award-winning filmmaker. As the bassist with MYNXX Erica is now delving into the world of rock, with a focus on production and songwriting.
Sarina, born in Hawaii, raised in California and currently residing in Montana, has a BA degree in Theatre Arts and has been featured in several film and theatrical productions. She bought a drum set at first mention of a friend wanting to start a band back in the early 2000s and has been rocking ever since!
