This year’s celebration of Montana Indian Heritage Day brings together storytelling, music, film, and Indigenous comedy for a one-of-a-kind evening. The night will feature flute and storytelling from Rachel Twoteeth-Pichardo, Métis fiddle playing from Sapphire Jetty, and drumming with a heavy dose of comedy from Mike Jetty. We’ll also welcome Donnie Wetzel Jr. of the Montana Indian Athletic Hall of Fame for an exclusive 15-minute sneak peek of the new film UNDEFEATED. Donnie, who appears in the film, will introduce the extended trailer and share stories about the making of the film, its journey so far, and where the project stands today. It’s all part of an evening in celebration of Montana Native culture. The Myrna is always excited to team up with Mike Jetty—whose day-job is as an Indian Education Specialist with OPI—to put this celebration together, and this year will not disappoint.
