Los Angeles-based singer and composer Michael Mayo creates from the heart without filter or pre-tense, allowing his voice to transmit raw emotion above an ever-evolving backdrop of jazz, neo-soul and R&B. He has performed and toured with Kneebody, Jacob Collier, Christian Sands, Josh Groban, Nate Smith and Herbie Hancock. Michael released his debut studio album “Bones” in 2021, followed by his sophomore album “Fly” in 2024. Much like molding and shaping a sculpture out of clay, Mayo stretches his voice through layers of harmonizing, hard-hitting beatboxing, and heartfelt crooning.
